Pick up is available from Sunshine, Victoria. We will be in touch as soon as your order is ready, for a preferred pick up time to be arranged.
We ship using Australia Post Express Post.
-Express post: $15 flat rate. Estimated shipping time is 1-3 business days
Where business day refers to a day between Monday-Friday, inclusive. You will receive an email notification stating your order has been shipped.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our controls. These include extreme weather, industry action or IT system failures. If you do not receive your order within the given timeframes, contact us here.
Packaging method
Your order will be packaged within a cardboard box filled with bubble wrap to reduce the risk of cookie breakage as much as possible. Whilst we do our utmost to prevent breakage unfortunately they still can occur. We are happy to assess breakages upon arrival on a case by case basis. If you have received cookies in a broken state, please send us an email to orders@peppalanebakery.com.au including your name, contact details, original order number and a photo of the damaged cookies. We do not guarantee you will receive a refund or exchange.
Shipping terms and conditions
We only ship Australia wide and do not provide international shipping.
We are able to deliver to P.O. boxes.
