I feel so honoured to be trusted by my customers to help their special events be as memorable as possible. Over the last few years, I’ve been a part of birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, you name it! With a special place in my heart for markets. This is where I enjoy my customers ‘choosing’ one of the cookie designs I have lovingly handcrafted. Cookies really can bring so much joy!

I have had the last two years off, as I have been on maternity leave with our last baby Tex. Our family is now complete with my husband, 5 year old son Chip, 4 year old daughter Chloe and my baby Tex, who is almost 2 years old. So it is time to rediscover my love for baking and decorating royal icing cookies.

Like a lot of people these days, I started making cookies as a hobby for family and friends. While I wasn’t nursing during the week, you’d find me in the kitchen stirring, whisking, beating and decorating. From this, Peppa Lane Bakery grew and became what it is today: a fully registered kitchen creating beautiful, delicious, hand-crafted cookies. Here, try one…
